[Resolved] Cant transfer credits from my sites to WPML and back

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

WPML lets you remove translation credits from a site and move them back to your WPML.org account so that you can then transfer them to other sites.

Depending on whether your site shares credits with another site or not, you can do this through your WPML.org account or WordPress website.

I have a few websites connected with WPML. 2 of them have a lot of credit. I tryed many times to transfer credits from on of the site to WPML balance and then to another site. It doesnt work. Could you help me?

Andreas, hello. As you remember, I have some issues with automatic translation. Moved sites to the subdomain to restore functionality, and you helped me.
Now I cant move credits to the main website and in Tools: hidden link
In wpml account I see credits on this website (antonovych-design.kz)
