This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're trying to translate WooCommerce emails and WPML indicates that no strings are available, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML -> String Translation and click on 'Translate texts in admin screens' at the bottom of the page.
2. Search for the text, for example: 'nous te confirmons'.
3. Select it and click on 'remove from string translation'.
4. Select it again and click on 'add to string translation'.
5. Return to WPML -> String Translation and search for the text again, ensuring to check the option Include translations.
6. Update the language of the string to French at the bottom of the table.
7. When the page reloads, add the translation to the string that should now be added to the String Translation and in the correct language.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello Aurélien,

Continuing our chat conversation I investigated it and it was necessary to remove the string from the String Translation, add it again and change its language.

I performed the following steps to fix this issue:

- Go to WPML -> String Translation and click on 'Translate texts in admin screens' at the bottom of the page
- Search for one of the texts, eg.: 'nous te confirmons'
- Select it and click on 'remove from string translation'
- Select it again and click on 'add to string translation'
- Go back to WPML -> String Translation and search for it (please check the option Include translations)
- Update the language of the string to French at the bottom of the table
- When the page reloads, add the translation to the string that should be now added to the String Translation and in the correct language.

Thank you, please give it a try and let us know if everything is OK now.

Best regards,
Mateus
