[Resolved] Header and Footer template cannot be translated
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to translate the header and footer using Elementor and encountered a 502 error when switching to the English version of the homepage.
Solution: 1. We asked the client to perform a full backup and provide us with WP admin access to investigate the issue. 2. We suggested the client disable any firewall that might be interfering and clear the server cache. 3. We used a VPN to access the site from a different location when we encountered access issues. 4. We requested FTP access to check the files directly but ended up using a file manager plugin instead. 5. We obtained permission to deactivate plugins to identify any conflicts. 6. After deactivating certain plugins, we were able to create a new page and the English version of the homepage started working, including the header and footer. 7. We reactivated the plugins one by one to pinpoint the cause of the issue. 8. We provided the client with direct links to the header and footer post types in the WP admin to facilitate the translation process:

Hello my problem still persist. I talked with another assistance online but still i cant translate the footer and the header. we have to see it more clear and more soon. on the footer and header (custom post elementor) i dont get the + to translate. the only way i tried was to create another footer or header for english version and connected with home page and other pages also but no luck. still cant see header and footer on english version. I hope you will be little more clear what steps i have to follow to start translate. as i told to the online asistance i dont have any other plugins and the problem was from the start.

Yes probably there is now an issue with all these changes and now i cant edit the header and the footer on greek and on other too like footer_eng. But general the problem that has to do with you is not that. Have you seen the ticket we have talked 2 hours. the problem is as i asked you so many times where is the + button translator on custom post types elementor on header and footer. You said to me that the correct scenario is to see them and translate them as i do with pages where is that +. I see it on pages but i dont see it on footer and header why is that. this is one of the basic problems has to do with wpml. And as you told me this is the correct scenario to translate it as a page and not as i did create a new footer for english version and a new header for english version. The other problem that cant open now probably will be solved from the template company. Lets focus on wpml problem and test more solutions, if it is template problem so tell me to contact with them i already did and said to me talk with you. There is about 1 week that we try to translate a footer
