Background of the issue:
I need assistance with translating various elements of the website hidden link, including the navigation menus, settings, and default text within the site or theme. This includes translating labels, buttons, system messages, error messages, and any pre-configured text that appears as part of the website's structure. The goal is to ensure that all user-facing content is accurately localized for the target audience while maintaining clarity and consistency throughout the site.

Symptoms:
I am unsure how to translate the menus, settings, and site/theme default texts using WPML.

Questions:
How can I translate the navigation menus using WPML?
What is the process for translating settings and default text within the site or theme using WPML?
How do I ensure that all user-facing content is accurately localized with WPML?

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.

There are different ways of translating your menu, depending on how much control you want to have over the translations. Please check our documentation on the subject:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

Please note that first, the pages contained in the menu must be translated.

As for the general texts, that do not belong to posts, pages or user created content (they are called strings), they must be translated via WPML > String Translation:
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

If that does not help, one of my colleagues will soon come to continue support.
