If you visit an Italian post/page then the URL is fine -> hidden link
but if I visit the post/page of the default language then the URL is like -> hidden link
I want the default language URL to be like -> hidden link

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

1. In regard to this situation, there are a good amount of plugins that might affect the WPML functionality.
Do I have your permission to duplicate this site on a testing environment so that I can see if the same things are happening even when we have only WPML active and all the other plugins deactivated?
Or can I have your confirmation that you have created a full website backup and that I can do these tests on this current site that you shared access to?
2. Also, I have noticed that your website’s WP Memory Limit is 40MB. The WP memory limit needs to be increased as the minimum requirement for WPML is 128Mb WP Memory Limit: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

These settings can be limited directly by your hosting provider, so, if that’s the case, I recommend you contact and ask them to modify them directly. If you can get even higher values It would be great.
After they are modified, you can verify them from WPML >> Support page, just to make sure that they are correct.
I will continue with the local migration and further debugging.

To be honest, I would not activate the "/en" in the URL if English is the default language.
I think it might be confusing, both for people, but also for Google, to see that there are "two" URL's that take us to the same place: domain.com and domain.com/en
If the main language is English, I would leave only the domain showing and I would use the language attribute for any of the other languages.
