Problem:
The client was unable to download credit invoices from their website. Initially, invoices from certain months were not visible, and clicking on the invoice link resulted in a blank screen.
Solution:
We first suggested checking the account section for invoices, but the issue persisted with missing data for specific months. After gaining access to the site, we enabled a debug log to identify any underlying errors. It was discovered that the issue might be related to object caching, specifically Redis cache. Despite attempts to resolve the issue by disabling caching and making other tweaks, the problem required escalation to our developers for a more thorough investigation. In the meantime, we provided the client with the needed invoices manually and continued to work on a permanent fix.
