This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to download credit invoices from their website. Initially, invoices from certain months were not visible, and clicking on the invoice link resulted in a blank screen.
Solution:
We first suggested checking the account section for invoices, but the issue persisted with missing data for specific months. After gaining access to the site, we enabled a debug log to identify any underlying errors. It was discovered that the issue might be related to object caching, specifically Redis cache. Despite attempts to resolve the issue by disabling caching and making other tweaks, the problem required escalation to our developers for a more thorough investigation. In the meantime, we provided the client with the needed invoices manually and continued to work on a permanent fix.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If you're still experiencing issues, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Actually yes, it turns out to be a general issue related to a number limit on how many invoice can the tab load,

Long story short, it was escalated to our developers and a fix should be implemented soon,

I will get back to you once I get more information on this,
