Tell us what you are trying to do?
My website has 3 languages - czech (default), english and slovak. I imported XLIFF files for english and slovak and it worked just fine. Now I'm observing the issue - on english page are some buttons with links and they point to /en/ subpages as they should. But if I open the same page in slovak language, these button links are pointing to default language instead of /sk/.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I've tried to search this forum and find some intel about it but I didn't find any solution.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
EN - hidden link - buttons work just fine, pointing to /en/ subpages
SK (same page) - hidden link - buttons are pointing to default language subpages instead of /sk/

What is the link to your site?

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Thanks for providing the website credentials, but it seems that there is an additional login at the server level: hidden link

Could you please provide us with the login info for this server protection as well? Your next response will be private again. Thanks!

I'm sorry, but you have to use FTP client, not web browser. With FTP client like Total Commander or FileZilla it will work jsut fine with credentials I've sent before.

Thanks for your reply.

The site seems to have http basic auth turned on and without that password we can't access it. Furthermore, we tried FTP access and that doesn't work either.

In order for us to take a closer look at this issue, I'd like your help creating a package of your website and sending it to us.

Please use the plugin Duplicator(hidden link) to create a full copy of your website so we can take a look at it and see what's causing the issue with the large table.

If you come across problems while creating it, please feel free to ignore(exclude from the backup) both uploads and cache folders.

I'm enabling the proper field for your to share this copy, you'll see it on your next response.

Alternatively, you may use any file sharing service that you prefer and share the link in the ticket(your next response is being marked as private, only you and I have access to it).

Hey there,

Thank you for providing the website package.

We were able to install it on a CW app: hidden link - you can login using the same credentials as in the original website.

First, we checked that there are several fields that needs to be translated in the Slovak page: hidden link

If you type 'http' on the Search box in ATE you will see that it has also several links that need translation.

Please try these steps on the original website and check if it solves the issue:

- Make a small edition on the original language page (like an extra character on the title)
- Update the SK translation and check the missing fields
- Complete them and check if it solves the issue

It should be solved after these steps. Please give it a try and let us know how it goes!
