[Resolved] Out of Credits for Automatic Translation - I have 80k
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are using the WPML plugin and encountering an error that indicates you do not have enough credits for automatic translation, despite having 80k prepaid credits. You have already tried deleting the website, regenerating the key, and reinstalling the plugin, but the issue persists. Solution: We recommend checking your WPML plugin again. Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting and cancel any pending automatic translation jobs. After this, you should see a prompt to fix and assign the credits. Click the button provided to resolve this issue. Once completed, you should be able to send new content for automatic translation.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and verify the version of the permanent fix. Also, confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the WPML plugin on my site hidden link. I have 80k prepaid credits for automatic translation.
Symptoms:
I am receiving an error indicating that I don't have enough credits, despite having 80k prepaid credits. I deleted the website, re-generated the key, and re-installed the plugin, but the problem persists.
Questions:
Why am I receiving an error about insufficient credits when I have 80k prepaid credits?
How can I resolve the issue of the WPML plugin not recognizing my credits?
I Removed all the credits I could - they allowed me to remove everything apart from the 2000 free credits.
Then I added them back again.
Nothing happened, the same error persists.
Like I've said, before I removed the key, deleted the website, de-registered, made another key, connected it to the website, and added the credits, and the same thing was happening.
The credits should automatically return to your wpml.org account. If you don’t see them there, please let me know and I’ll manually reassign them for you.
Please check this now, you should be able to assign the credits. If you do not see the credits to assign, please create a new site key and register the site with it. I will add them later.
I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site where the problem has been replicated, if possible, in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.
I went to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting and canceled the pending automatic translation jobs. After that, a message appeared prompting to fix and assign the credits—I simply clicked the button. Once that was done, I was able to send new content for automatic translation.
I have two more questions:
- My website (New.verbier-ride.com) is a site which is under construction. Once we are done with the preparations, we will be switching to verbier-ride.com
Do I need to make a new key & translate again once we change the URL?
- We have the DIVI builder. The menu is not getting fully translated. Only the items that are not 'custom links' are being translated. We have the Mega menu option of the menu, so there are many custom links and now it looks weird. How to make these translations?
Thanks
