Background of the issue:
I am trying to get the WPML plugin to work on my site hidden link. We have been attempting to resolve issues with the plugin for weeks, including pushing it to the live site, but have not succeeded. We are beyond the 30-day refund period but have been trying to make it work for weeks.

Symptoms:
The WPML plugin is not working as expected, and support has been unable to resolve the issue.

Questions:
How can I get a refund for the WPML plugin?
