Background of the issue:
I'm using Smartling as a Translation Service, and I want to map zh-tw to zh-hant from your end. Previously, Ahmed Mamdouh helped us to map the same for my other websites. Here is the link of previous ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/request-to-mapping-zh-tw-to-zh-hant/

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
Can you please map zh-tw to zh-hant for my site hidden link?

Hi Ahmed, thank you for helping again to map language. But we are unable (only for zh-tw) to send content for translation. Please check the below attachments.

Previously, you helped us to map language for our other sites, and they are still working fine.

Please provide me with the website admin access to allow me to investigate the issue.

As I can see from the provided screenshot, the issue is related to the language pairs, not the language mapping.
