[Resolved] Split: the categories don't show as parent/sub

Seems I have found a different issue now,

There's something weird, the categories don't show as parent/sub categories. I think it needs to be synced or something. Could you please advise what could affect it? Why the sub categories not linked under its parent.

Hello,

it depends on how you translate them.

Make sure you are translating them as described in the documentation. From the same screen, you can run hierarchy synchronization.
