This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with saving translations for some Turkish property listings. Despite completing translations and reaching a 100% progress bar in the Advanced Translation Editor, the translations are not being saved, and the client sees a message indicating that some sentences are still not translated.
Solution:
We identified that this issue is related to the new version of the Advanced Translation Editor, particularly with the Classic block and linebreaks. We have escalated this to our second-tier support for further investigation. As a temporary workaround, we recommend using the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor for the affected translations. If you need to delete the current in-progress translations, you can do so by navigating to WPML -> Translation Management -> Jobs.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

I resolved the previous issue by changing the template and then switching back to my preferred one. Thanks a lot for your help!

However, I now have a new issue with some Turkish property translations not being saved. I managed to translate 43 out of 54 listings, but for the remaining ones, I see a spinning animation labeled "refreshing translation status" and then gear icons instead of the usual edit icon (screenshot attached). When I click the icon, add the missing translations, and save, the translations still aren’t saved.

Here are some examples with translation saving issues in Turkish:

- hidden link

I suspect something may be wrong with the Advanced Translation Editor. Because on the translation page of these, After adding translations and clicking on the "Complete translation", I see a banner that says, "Some sentences are still not translated," even though they’re all translated, and the progress bar shows 100% (screenshot attached).

I would really appreciate it if you could check and help. Thank you!

Hi,

This problem can be fixed by switching to the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor. I can see you have already switched to this version. I edited one of the properties showing the gear icon next to the Turkish language. Then, I clicked the gear icon to edit the translation in Turkish. Then I completed the translation into Turkish (I added "Turkish" at the beginning of the segment.) Please see the attached screenshot.

Can you please confirm that it is working for you with the previous generation of the Advanced Translation Editor?

I've actually tried that, but I was wondering why this issue is only affecting these specific 11 remaining listings. I completed the rest with the newest version of the Advanced Translation Editor without any issues. As you can imagine, using the previous version isn’t very user-friendly and is more time-consuming.

Is it possible for me to delete the current Turkish translations for these remaining listings and try translating them again? If so, how can I delete the Turkish translations?

This is a problem with the new version of the Advanced Translation Editor. I could replicate it on a test site. It happens with the Classic block and linebreaks. I escalated this issue to our second-tier supporters. They will check it, and I'll update you once they have news. Meanwhile, as a workaround, please use the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor for the remaining translations you could not complete because of this problem.

You can delete in-progress (gear icon) translation jobs in WPML -> Translation Management -> Jobs. However, if you try to translate the same jobs again with the new version of the Advanced Translation Editor, I suspect you will get the same problem. Therefore, using the previous version of the Advanced Translation Editor is recommended.
