Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly. Please go to WPML -> Settings and switch to "Translate what I choose". Then, go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Jobs and find the jobs that are in progress. Cancel the in progress jobs, and then you should be able to translate on your own as you did before the translate everything automatically was accidentally clicked. Please let us know if you need further assistance and we will be happy to help. |

Thanks for that information Lauren. If I change that setting and there are issues with how the automatic translation is used on the website now, can I change that back to "Translate Everything Automatically" without any issues and revert the settings to how they are now in the website? |

Thanks for your reply. When you switch back to "Translate Everything Automatically" it will prompt you some questions and there you'll choose whether to translate existing content automatically or only for new content. Are you still having issues translating the contents? |

All I need to do is cancel the in progress jobs that were started when the 'Translate Everything Automatically' option was clicked accidently. Can I do that without changing the existing setting from "Translate Everything Automatically" to "Translate What You Choose"? I don't need to change any of the settings and only want to clear what was started when the 'Translate Everything Automatically' option was clicked. |

Thanks for your reply. You need to choose "Translate What You Choose" before the jobs tab will appear for you to cancel translations. Could you try? |

Attached are the options I get. We currently use automatic translation services for the website and do not want to change that. It looks like that is not an option here? |

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I thought you wanted to access the Jobs tab. To do that, you need to switch to "Translate What You Choose" (manual translation) If you're already using "Translate Everything Automatically", why would you want to remove the translation jobs? |

Hi Kor. Please see what I described above when I opened the ticket. That should explain and clarify things. |

Thanks for your reply. Sorry for the confusion. To disable "Translate Everything Automatically", navigate to WPML -> Settings and switch to "Translate what I choose". When you see "Who will Translate?", check "Only me" and click save settings. That's it. Then, go to Translation Management, you'll notice the Jobs tab and clicking on it will show the current translations that are in progress. In there, you can cancel translations or reassign translations. Could you check? |

If I select "Only me" under "Who will Translate?", will we still be able to use the automatic translation service from WPML (https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/)? |

Before changing the settings, am I able to revert things back in case this changes something with how the website functions now that is an issue? Just to re-cap, all I want to do is stop the process that was started (and paused) when the "Translate Everything" icon was clicked. Thanks. |

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you can revert things to how they were before. Then, in the future, if you need "Translate Everything", you can enable or disable it anytime. |

Thanks. I made that change. When I edit a page now and mouse over the "Translate Everything" icon, I am not seeing anything paused now. So that's good. Can the "Translate Everything" option be disabled without causing any issues? We only would translated one page at a time and not the entire website. |
