Background of the issue:
I have published a site, hidden link, which was previously dev.wienecke.de during development. The site is registered, and I am trying to assign credits.
Symptoms:
I am unable to assign credits and see a lot of 'marked for later' in already translated pages, which was not the case before.
Questions:
Why am I unable to assign credits on my registered site?
How can I resolve the 'marked for later' issue in already translated pages?
Please make sure you ran the migration banner (similar to: hidden link) after changing the domain, or register the site with the new key in Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab.
After the steps above, you should be able to assign the credits.
Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to reproduce the issue and double-check the configuration.
Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.
Hi there,
Thank you for sharing the credentials requested
I ran some troubleshooting steps and everything seems to be working correctly. I also added 100 prepaid credits as a test. Please try again to add the credits to your site
Sorry, I don't understand. I still don't see the current site (wienecke.de) in my account, only the old dev domains. I don't see any way to add/transfer/remove the credits.
You mentioned you registered the site with a new registration key, so it should appear in your wpml.org account.
Please follow these steps:
- Go to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab
- Click the option to remove the WPML registration
- Click on the link that appears below the field to paste the registration key
- Get a new key and register the site again
Do you see the site now on your account, and can you assign credits?
When you create a new site key, you must register the site domain on your wpml.org account. Did you register the hidden link domain on your wpml.org account already?
I have escalated this ticket to our 2nd tier of support, where our specialists will take a deeper look at this issue. I will get back to you as soon as I get an answer from them.
