[Resolved] Unused credits do not go back after deleting a site key

Hi,

I install WPML on hidden link and assign 7000+ credits to it. However, after that, the site crashes, so I have to restore it back to a previous status without WPML.

Then, to revoke the credits assigned to it, I delete the site key for hidden link. However, the 7000+ credits do not go back to my account. It just disappears.

Please help

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I have checked your account details and removed the 7137 stuck credits from your site that you have previously assigned and add them to your wpml.org account. Now, you can assign those credits to any site by following this doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/ Could you please check and confirm?
