Hi Christopher,

I'm Long from the WPML Development team, I'm happy to help you with this issue.

I check on our server and see that the duplicated site (hidden link) has 628k credits, which was a copy of the site hidden link
and the current hidden link site is a newly created site.

It looks like you've restored or moved the site hidden link to hidden link one time, assigned credits to this site then created a new site with this domain and a new sitekey.

I suggest you go to the Sites page https://wpml.org/account/sites/, delete sitekey of this site to move credits back to WPML.org account and recheck the issue. Refer to the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/#remove-credits

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi, I did just that and it still showing an inaccurate amount of credits. It also advised me to contact the support (see screenshot attached).

Hi,

I'm discussing this issue with our systems team to remove the test site from your account and set credits back. I will update you here when I have more information.

Thank you.

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for your patience while I investigated this.

I found that one of the site keys was deleted on wpml.org back on 2025-07-01, but due to an internal issue, it was not removed properly from ATE, which caused the duplicated site entries and the credit mismatch you were seeing.

I’ve now corrected the situation:
• The duplicated site key has been removed.
• I’ve restored 628,220 credits to your WPML account balance.

Your credits are now available again.

The only remaining step is to register a new site key for your site and assign the credits to it.

You can do this by following these steps:
1. Go to your WordPress admin.
2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Commercial tab.
3. Click “Unregister WPML from this site.”
4. A field to enter a site key will appear.
5. Click “Get a key for this site.”
This will take you to wpml.org, where you can generate a new site key.
6. Enter the new key on your site.

After that, you can assign the credits to the new key on the Manage Credits page.

If anything is unclear or you need help during the process, just let me know.

Best regards,
Olexander
