Hello There, If you've completed the WooCommerce Multilingual setup properly, the Status page should load without any issues. Would you please clear the caches from your site and browser and try again? From the WPML Debug info, I also noticed the WP OPCache plugin is activated on your site. So, please also clear the object caches prior to checking. If the issue persists even after that, please open the browser console and check if any errors are showing there. If you find any, please take a screenshot and share that in the next response. I will check and guide you accordingly. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, |

Hello There, As per your request, I enabled a private box for you so that you can securely share the access information. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Hello There, Thank you for sharing the access information. While checking, I noticed that you're using an older version of the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin. Since each update comes with bug fixing and improvements, you should keep the plugins updated. Will you please update the plugin to its latest version and check if that helps to solve the issue? If the problem persists, I would appreciate it if you could set up a staging site mirroring the main site and provide us the access to the staging site. Considering the number of plugins active and the site's live status, conducting our tests on the staging site would be the most suitable approach. In this way, the main site will remain unaffected due to any debugging. I hope you can understand. I enabled the private box for you so that you can securely share the access information.
