Add language switcher based on device

chongweiC	Hi, I know it is possible to add language switch to menu or to PHP template directly. However, is it possible to do that for different devices? For example, in mobile phone, I want it to be added to the end of the main menu. However, in desktop computer, I want it to be added to PHP template.

Sometimes, if things can be quickly resolved with just a few simple lines of code, we are happy to provide and help with that but this is not the case.
