1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.
- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.
2) Does the import work fine and not slow in default language?
3) Are you trying to import new products or update the current ones?
4) Would it be possible to delete all products and re-try import?
5) I see you have many images (8k) and products (2.5k), so I would say it is expected it takes time, since it needs to check for existing images and products before importing. If this works fine in default language but happens only in 2nd language then it could be related to WPML.
Hi, I have 8K images but I dont know why, but in default language is the same problem, it will be stop and I must click to continue. But I can delete all langauges and images and products and try again.
