Thank you for sharing the credentials requested.

Your site is working correctly, and WPML is gathering information to translate automatically. You can see it in WPML -> Translation Dashboard -> 'Translate Everything Automatically is enabled' section.

It is recommended and a good practice to keep all plugins and themes up-to-date and to flush the cache memory to avoid seeing outdated content.

Hi Carlos

Could you please check this from your end? The product categories are taking a significant amount of time to translate. Once the translations are completed, I would like to sync the menu across the other languages, as the menu structure is based on these categories.

Hi,

All the content on your site is being translated as we speak. Because it is a large amount of content it will take some time to finish the translation, but everything is working correctly.

Hi Carlos

I tried using the WP Menu Sync option from my end. After doing so, the menus appeared in the other languages, but the header layout became messy and unorganized.

After noticing this issue, I restored the backup.

Could you please help with this and sync the menu from your end?

Before we continue, I kindly ask you to create a full backup of the site and update all outdated plugins that appear in this link: hidden link

The outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.

Please let me know when all the plugins are up-to-date so we can continue working on the menu sync issue.

Thank you for updating the plugins and themes.

To solve the issue with the menu, I had to manually re-save them in each language, including re-saving the mega menu configuration.

Can you confirm that the issue is solved and the menu now appears correctly?

Hi Carlos,

The menu is not fully synced, and the French version does not match the English menu structure. Please ensure that after syncing, everything is properly aligned and ordered exactly as in the English language.

Note: The site is live, so please proceed carefully and double check to avoid any issues.
