On our website, we have a user as a Subscriber with Translation permission only to one language. Some pages don't show "Edit Translation" in the frontend admin bar but it shows to the user with the admin role. And if an admin makes a small change in that page and does Automatic Translation (not the Translation using Advanced Translation Editor) then "Edit Translation" will show for the translator (user with subscriber role).
I thought it showed due to the subscriber role, so I changed to the Editor role but that still didn't solve the issue.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

If the 'Edit translation' link only appears after you update the translation of certain pages, it means that the entry in the database for these pages needs to be updated. Please follow these steps in order to solve the problem:
- Create a full backup of the site
- Go to Pages -> Make sure you are in the default language -> Select all pages -> Using the Bulk options click on Edit -> Then click on the Save button without making any changes -> Double-check if the issue disappeared

The steps described above will update the entry in the database for all the pages selected.

Regards,
Carlos

That didn't work. And I found another issue also.
During translation of other post, I got error with message "If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.".
Here's the recorded video of it - hidden link

Hello,
Thank you for your message

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
