This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are experiencing an error message on your website related to WPML automatic translations, stating 'There is an issue with automatic translation that needs your attention. Fix it to continue.' Additionally, automatic translations left in queue are not being processed.
Solution:
We found that the translation jobs stuck were from deleted languages. We removed the incorrect entries from the database, which resolved the issue of the 15 stuck translation jobs. Please check if this solution has resolved your issue.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello, On the migrated site I can see 15 pending translations but I've sent two pages for translation and they went through correctly, so I suspect that the issue is only happening with these 15 pending translations. Please follow these steps: Could you tell me the results of the steps described above? Regards, |

Hello Carlos, I have edited a page (just added some words) and added the page to the queue on the Translation Management page. Now there are 16 translations left in the queue and the error message is still present. See screenshot.. |

Hi there, I can see 15 pending jobs again. It seems the 16th is already finished. Could you cancel one of the pending translation jobs in WPML -> Translation Management -> Jobs tab, then follow the same steps I described on my previous message and check if the number of pending jobs decreases in one? |

Hello, I have followed the steps you gave me but there are still 15 translations left in the queue. Where can I see these items in queue? Maybe if I cancel the current queued items the problem could be resolved? I'm not sure, it's just a suggestion.. 😉 |

Thank you for your message. I consulted my colleagues about this ticket and we found three different problems: 2.- There is a problem related to the warning message 'There is an issue with automatic translation that needs your attention. Fix it to continue.' 3.- The 15 stuck translation jobs seem to be a problem coming from the database because if you go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Jobs tab and filter by the job status, you won't find pending translation jobs. For the 2nd and 3rd issues, I will need your authorization to create a copy of the site to escalate the ticket to our 2nd tier of support because this requires deeper testing and investigation. |

Hi, I'm sorry. The website crashing has to do with our host. This issue has started today and has no relation to the translation issues. We are currently resolving this issue. Sometimes the website is very slow and sometimes it won't even load.. What kind of authorization do you need? How can I provide this to you? |

Hi, We suspect that the problems in the hosting might have caused the issue with the translation. However we can't say yet, we need to gather more information. I only need your authorization to create a copy of the site to escalate this ticket to our 2nd tier of support. |

Hi there, The cause of the issue was that the translation jobs stuck were from deleted languages. Our specialists were able to locate the incorrect entries in the database and remove them, now you don't have the false positive of the 15 stuck translation jobs. Can you confirm that the issue is solved? |
