Hi there. Please use the guide here (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/) and search either for the name of your logo image ("agat-laboratories-vertical") or by your media ID (you should be able to see it in the URL at the top when you open it in WordPress backend > Media - it should be an id made out of a few numbers). Depending on how the theme is written, you have to translate either the link of the image or the ID (use the ID of the image with the translated version of the logo). Mihai, thanks for the info but I'm still unable to figure out how to switch our corporate logo on top of all pages from hidden link to hidden link based on whether the viewer is on hidden link or hidden link. Where are these settings in WPML? I looked at the documentation but could not find the steps required. Can you please provide me the steps, instead of pointing me to documentation, please? |

I'm not able to grant you access to WP Admin or FTP due to security reasons. What I would like is to get on a call with someone from your organization so I can ask some questions on how your tool works. I haven't found any of your documentation useful in answering any specific questions that I've had, which is why I've opened up various tickets. This ticketing method is not solving any of my issues and I'd like to speak with someone directly. I've recently purchased the WPML tool and need a proper onboarding on it's use.
