I accidentally selected the Agency plan, but I’d like to switch back to the CMS plan

Problem:
You accidentally upgraded to the Agency plan when you intended to make an annual payment for your CMS plan. Now, you are unable to switch back to the CMS plan, and attempts to repurchase the CMS plan indicate that you already have a plan with all features included.

giovannaV-2	Background of the issue: I was trying to make the annual payment for my CMS plan, but I accidentally clicked on the option to upgrade to the Agency plan, which I don’t actually want. I’d like to keep using the CMS plan. Symptoms: I can’t seem to find any option to switch back to the CMS plan. When I try to purchase the CMS plan again, it says I already have a plan with all the features included. Questions: How can I switch back to the CMS plan from the Agency plan? Why does it say I already have a plan with all the features included when I try to purchase the CMS plan again?
