This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is encountering issues with automatic translation and has received a message about reaching a certain amount of credits for the first time. Additionally, the client is unable to complete payment with a credit card, receiving an error message to check card information.
Solution:
the message about reaching a certain amount of credits is not new. It appears when you're close to using 195 thousand credits or the system anticipates reaching this limit. The payment made when this message appears is a one-time payment and will be used as credits for future payments. If the client's translations cost over 150 USD and they pay 100 USD upfront, they would only need to pay the remaining 50 USD. This payment also serves to increase the monthly credit limit.
