Problem:
The client is unable to unregister WPML from their site and transfer their WPML credit to a new website.
Solution:
We have resolved the issue with the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) which was affecting the ability to unregister WPML and manage credits. We recommend trying to unregister and transfer the credit again as the system should now be functioning correctly. If you still encounter issues, it might be due to a backlog of jobs that our system is processing. Please attempt the process again and let us know if it works.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check for related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
