This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was trying to recover translation credits that were lost after unregistering and deleting a site from their WPML account. They had over 100,000 credits left and forgot to transfer them before deletion.
Solution:
We recommended that the client navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools to check if the credits are still visible there. Additionally, we asked for more details about the actions taken before the credits were lost, such as removing the license key and creating a new one, to better understand the issue and prevent similar problems in the future.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I was trying to get back the translation credits that were linked to groupegilco.com before I unregistered and deleted the site from WPML. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: https://wpml.org/account/manage-credits/

Symptoms:
All credits are gone. I forgot to transfer them before deleting the site from my WPML account. I had over 100,000 credits left.

Questions:
How can I recover my lost translation credits?
Is there a way to transfer credits after deleting a site from WPML?

Hello there!

Could you please go to WPML > Translation Management > Translation Tools and check if you can see the credits now?

Also, may I now what you did before you lost the credits? you removed the license key and created another one and that's it? This info would really help us understand why this happens so we can prevent it in the future.

Thanks in Advance.

Hey Alejandro,
I can confirm that my credits are now back.
Thank you so much, appreciate it!

As for what I did before I lost the credits, yes that's exactly what happened.
I was having issue with the plugin, ever since I migrated to VPS, I wasn't able to translate anymore. I had to deactivate/delete all WPML related plugins and do a fresh re-install.

Meanwhile, I unregistered the website and deleted it before transferring the credits out. Then I re-register my website but noticed that my credits hadn't returned which is why I had to contact support.

Once again, thank you.
