This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are translating products but cannot see the related images in the translated versions.
Solution:
We recommend you to follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML->Settings->Media Translation.
2. Enable the following options:
- Translate existing media in all languages
- Duplicate existing media for translated content
- Duplicate the featured images for translated content
3. Click 'start' and allow the process to finish.
After completing these steps, please check your products to see if the images are now visible.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to updates or differences in your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/. Please verify the version of the permanent fix and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I translate product but don’t see the related images. The site I need help with is hidden link. I am following documentation but it doesn’t work.

Symptoms:
Translated product images are not visible.

Questions:
Why are the translated product images not showing up?

Hi there,

Please go to WPML->Settings->Media Translation -> enable:

Translate existing media in all languages
Duplicate existing media for translated content
Duplicate the featured images for translated content

click start and let it finish.

Once done please check your products and let me know your results.

I did the procedure again but I still don't see the images in the product gallery,
I only see the cover image

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
