Problem:
The client needs more than the 250,000 credits available with the Multilingual Agency plan for their website.
Solution:
We recommend purchasing extra credits as detailed in our documentation on Automatic Translation Pricing. Additionally, the client can use the prepaid credits and then switch to a pay-as-you-go membership subscription once those credits are depleted. WPML will notify the client when more credits are needed to continue with automatic translation.

We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and ensuring that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
