[Waiting for user feedback] Issues syncing menus using WPMenuSync

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPMenuSync to sync menus between English and other languages, such as Spanish. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I use WPMenuSync, WPML adds the translated menu items to both the English and Spanish menus. If I delete the extra English menu items from the English menu, they are also removed from the Spanish menu.

Questions:
How can I prevent WPML from adding translated menu items to the English menu?
Why does deleting menu items from the English menu also remove them from the Spanish menu?

Hey there,

I was unable to create a copy of your website with neither of the plugins I mentioned. AIOWPM (All In One WP Migration) mentioned an issue with folder permissions.

Can you please share access to a staging version, or provide us with a copy?

Perhaps you can reach out to your hosting support, so they can enable the folder privileges. Even though the link explains how to create a copy with DUplicaotr, please consider using AIOWPM and sharing the link to download - it seems it will be easier with it.
