When trying to watch your listings in English I get the error "TOO MANY REDIRECTS". Once I switch the translation preference for "Products" inside WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation to "Translatable only show translated items" this seems to solve the issue. I had no issue now booking an English listing using bank transfer as payment method. If you experience this issue with a different payment method, please let me know. |

Hello again, the problem is in Portuguese Language, not in English, the English translation is working fine as i always told since the beginning of the ticket, actually the title of the ticket says it also (Motopress plugin checkout functions in English but not in Portuguese language), so you must check the portuguese version, the website is translated in english and Portuguese, my native language. It seems that I can not run test on my local copy as the theme needs to be registered to be able to unlock all features. If I send you a link to a WPML test site, would you be able to install the theme and register it for testing? |

Hello, yes i can install it, but the problem is that i dont know if the theme can be registered only for testing, it only has one license, as for the motopress system, i think it is better for you to make tests on the real website, make a backup with all in on wp migration and if something goes werong just restore it, also the hosting has daily backups, my customers only want this issue fixed, they do not care if you test the real website, and me either, so go ahead this way if you can Diogo T |

Take note, that this would be an exception and usually we would suggest to contact Motopress in such a case. Usually, we need to recreate issue to confirm that we are handling a general issue and escalate such issues to the compatilbity team, which will then work together with the author to solve the issue. If the issue can not be replicated, we need to escalate a copy to the Second Tier Support for further revision and they might provide a possible workaround. Our First Tier Supporters are not supposed to run such fixes or fix indivdual websites. I can not suggest trying to fix anything on the live site, but if you insist I could give it a try but it will affect the visitors of your site, as I will need to disable plugins, maybe switch themes, change the site default language, try different WPML-related settings or even interact with the code of the plugins directly. Please confirm if you agree on that. |
