Background of the issue:
I activated 'Translate Everything Automatically is enabled' on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
The 'Career and Culture' section is spinning and not translating. It's been hours.

Questions:
Why is the 'Career and Culture' section not translating automatically?
How can I resolve the issue of the spinning section?

Hey there,

Please check our guide on how to solve stuck translations:
https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/

If that still doesn't remove the stuck translation, please make a full website backup and:

1. Go to WPML > Support;
2. Click on Troubleshooting
3. Click only on the "Cancel in-progress automatic jobs."

After that, you can resend the content for translation. Let me know how it goes.

I would like to look at this directly on your site. For this I would need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, preferably to a test/staging site where the problem has been replicated if possible.

The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.

I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.

IMPORTANT

Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post and site login details are being made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details if you do not see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

I wasn't able to log in. I tried both credentials you sent on the pop-up, but it just kep coming up. The fields on the page itself are disabled. Can you please check?

If it doesn't work with Duplicator you can share a All In One WP Migration package. Let me know.

I was able to login on hidden link but got to a dead end. As a possible alternative, please make a full website backup and try the steps below:

1. Delete the original (Career and Culture) page and the translation (if it exists already). To do that, send the original page to the trash and remove it completely. If the page already has a translation, switch languages on the top bar, locate the translation, send it to the trash can and remove it completely.
2. Once they're deleted, you can try duplicating and sending them to translation once again.

If that doesn't work, please send me a copy of the website, as instructed previously. I've enabled the necessary fields.

Hey there,

I was able to login with the information you sent, but removed it, as this is a public Forum. I strongly recommend that you change or completely delete the user information you shared. Please send the login information again, using the proper fields (I've enabled them).

Regarding the issue itself, I noticed that it is only happening to that specific page, so the quickest way to solve would be to duplicate that page, delete the original and translate the duplicate.

1. Delete the original (Career and Culture) page and the translation (if it exists already). To do that, send the original page to the trash and remove it completely. If the page already has a translation, switch languages on the top bar, locate the translation, send it to the trash can and remove it completely.
2. Once they're deleted, you can try duplicating and sending them to translation once again.

Please let me know how it goes.
