Problem:
After updating the WPML translation plugin, you are unable to translate messages. Clicking the translation icon leads to a screen that continuously reloads without allowing translations.
Solution:
We recommend you test the translation again. There has been an update that should resolve this. If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I got an update from your translation plugin via WordPress. Now I can't translate anymore.

Symptoms:
When I click on the icon at a message to translate, it goes to your screen and keeps reloading and doesn't let me translate it. I've tried everything including disabling all plugins but nothing helps.

Questions:
What should I do to fix the translation issue after the update?

I now also keep getting this message in the backend WPML has tried to translate this page three times, but it did not work. To have it repaired, contact WPML Support

I can't translate anything anymore. After the update the translation part doesn't work anymore. Is the problem with you?

I appreciate your patience. Could you test it again to see if it works for you? I've got an update that it should be working again, but processing the translation queue could still take some time.
