Background of the issue:
I am trying to update WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, but after the update, the site lost all of the translations. The translations are present in WPML but not on the frontend.

Symptoms:
Translations are not appearing on the frontend after updating WordPress and WooCommerce plugins.

Questions:
Why are translations not showing on the frontend after the update?
How can I restore the translations on the frontend?

Hi,

could you please check if you're encountering any "_load_textdomain_just_in_time" notices when WP_DEBUG is active? These can be observed in the backend, as mentioned here: WPML Changelog.

This issue is related to the WordPress Core itself. You can find additional information on the following pages:
- https://wordpress.org/support/topic/php-error-wp-6-7-notice-function-_load_textdomain_just_in_time-was-called-3/ and -
- hidden link. This would be not caused to WPML.

Best Regards,
Marcel
