The client was trying to update the production license key after moving from staging to production but encountered an error stating that the site is still registered as a development site on WPML.org.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend following these steps:

2. After unregistering, go to your WPML account and delete the old key as shown in your account screenshot.
3. Re-register your license for the production environment.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to get rid of the message: This site is registered on WPML.org as a development site. I was attempting to update the production license key after pushing from staging. The issue can be seen at: hidden link

Symptoms:
I expected to see no error for the production site, but instead, I got the message: This site is registered on WPML.org as a development site.

Questions:
How can I update the production license key after pushing from staging?
Why is the site still registered as a development site?

Please follow the steps from the documentation I shared under this section:

"What if the notice still appears after moving to production?"

You will need to re-register your license and it will resolve this.

One important thing to add: after you unregister go back to your account(area shown in your screenshot) and delete the old key before continuing.

What I was trying to say earlier, is that the first step I do yields a NEW error. The second step, I think, is for when the initial error persists.

Okay, I was able to fix it on my own. I unregistered it, and then copied and paste the existing production license back.

But, tell me how about the translation credits. I want them on staging14 only.

I just tried the live production site and it only works in English. The translated site does not work correctly. See hidden link

Never mind about the translation credits. I will likely edit the site within production for a while since it is so difficult to transfer staging to production.
