Hi there,

Could you please let us know how many products, pages, and posts your site currently has?

The warning you're seeing is related to translation credits. For more details on how credits are used with automatic translation, please refer to the following documentation:
How translation credits work

If you plan to use the automatic translation feature, we strongly recommend the Pay-As-You-Go plan. Alternatively, you can opt out and translate your content manually.

Let us know if you have any questions — we’re happy to help!

Hello Bobby,
the fact is that we did not know that there were translation credits, we used 7 languages at the beginning, when it turned out that we could not translate the page because there were some credits, we eliminated these 7 languages only into English and German, but we got a message that there were not enough credits to translate these 2 languages, we received recommendations from DIVI, but I do not hide that we made a mistake when translating the first page, we are faced with the fact that either someone will help us and allow us to translate these two languages again, or we have to give up on it, having the feeling that someone misled us.

Best Regards

Hi Michał,

Thank you for reaching out and for explaining the situation so clearly — I completely understand how this could be frustrating, especially when you're trying to get things up and running quickly.

It sounds like there was some confusion around how translation credits work, and I truly appreciate your honesty in acknowledging the misstep. Please know that we're here to help and not to make things more difficult.

To support you, I’ve gone ahead and restored some translation credits to your account as a one-time courtesy, since it seems this was an unintentional oversight. I hope that helps get you back on track with the English and German translations.

Additionally, I recommend reviewing the documentation I shared earlier, as it explains how automatic translation credits are used, and how you can manage or transfer them between sites: How to assign automatic translation credits to your sites

I also see that there are currently 90,000 credits available under your WPML.org account, so you should be able to assign more to the site as needed.

Lastly, here's another link my colleague shared that might help clarify things further: Plugin and translation setup

Let me know if anything is unclear or if you'd like help walking through the credit transfer process — I’m more than happy to assist.

Best regards,
Bobby

Hi Michał,

I can see that you have indeed used a lot of credits, however, these credits were not all used on the homepage.

There are a lot of different translations, when I review your translation work I can see 12 pages worth of content translated as you can see in my screenshot.

For example this product has been translated to all languages:
hidden link

You mentioned that there is an issue with the homepage at hidden link, when I review it, it looks translated OK, can you please share with me the issue you are experiencing possibly by providing examples that our team can review so I can better understand and help you resolve it

Hello Bobby,

sorry for the lack of contact, we had a short holiday period in Poland (May Day)

Yes, the biggest problem is that we did not know that there was such a credit limit, at least the person who did it at the beginning set 12 languages, only when he realized there was a problem he went back to the correct translation into English and German, we do not want more languages, and the credits were eaten by our small initial mistake, the question is how can we undo the credits that we unintentionally used for the translation we do not want.

please help me in this matter, we still have to buy credits for the translation of the remaining pages.

Best Regards,
Michał Świderski

can anyone help us with this, we have come to a standstill, we have lost our credits and we only want translations of two languages English and German, can anyone help us get our credits back, if not then unfortunately I ask for a refund and we are withdrawing from your program. We will not continue to play, for two weeks no one has been able to help us with this matter, please refund the payment.

Regards
Michał

Hi Michał,

there is no way to undo your credits, as I already mentioned in my previous reply I have given you 22,000 credits to your account as a one time courtesy on 2025-04-25 matching the amount of credits that were already used.

Hi Bobby,

question how many credits did we have at the start? if it is not enough for translation into two languages German and English, even 22000 credits is not enough to translate the entire page. this is not a large page hidden link

and we have larger ones to translate such as
hidden link and piernikizlogo.pl what then because we do not know how much it will really cost us to translate these pages, when we bought the program there was information that we are able to translate 3 pages, but we cannot translate one into two languages.

Hi there,

You had used 22,000 credits and I replenished them, however, the credits were not all used to translate the homepage.

It looks like you have the automatic translation enabled with the mode to "translate everything", the credits have been used to translated multiple content throughout your site.

This page for example hidden link used 1306 credits per language.

You should be able to find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section in the URL below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

Also here, you can review the pricing of the credits and use the calculator to get a better idea of how credits work.
