This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where WPML, when activated, prevents further reservations for the same dates after a booking is made on their WooCommerce Booking platform. For instance, if one snowmobile is booked for specific dates, those dates become blocked for all other snowmobiles. This issue does not occur when WPML is deactivated.
Solution:
We recommended the client to ensure they have followed all the steps in our guide for translating bookable products with WooCommerce and WPML. You can find the guide here: Translating WooCommerce Bookings with WooCommerce Multilingual.
Additionally, we asked the client to provide details about any recent changes made to the site before the issue was noticed and to share access credentials for further investigation, ensuring that a full site backup is available or alternatively, to set up a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
We are experiencing an issue with WPML and WooCommerce Booking on our site hidden link. We have 8 snowmobiles available for booking.

Symptoms:
When a booking is made, WPML prevents any further reservations for those dates. For example, if one snowmobile is booked for 3 days (2-3-4 February 2026), those dates become blocked for all snowmobiles. The issue resolves when WPML is deactivated.

Questions:
Why does WPML block all snowmobiles for the booked dates?
How can we configure WPML to allow bookings for other snowmobiles on the same dates?

Hi Carlos,

Everything was working fine last winter in 2025, and I can't see anything that might be causing the problem.

Once I activate WPML for the English version, the WooBooking calendar has problems with reservations, and the calendar blocks dates regardless of the number of snowmobiles to be reserved. This is a problem. Everything works fine in French...

Can you help me further, please?

Thank you,

Hi there,

Please let me know if you followed the guide I shared, and tell me what changes we made on the site right before you noticed the problem in the booking product on the English version.

Hi Carlos,

When I create a product in French, I translate the product into English. WPML creates products in English in the French version, as shown in the attached example. It is not supposed to do that.

Again, we have no problem booking with the french version.

Thank U,

Thank you very much for your message

Please share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to reproduce the issue and check the configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

As a recommended alternative, create a staging site with a copy of the production site (you can use WP Staging plugin for free) and share the access credentials to the staging site. This way we won't affect the live site.
