I have wp global cart plugin in my 2 websites and I am having little problem with your plugin and wp global cart plugin.

Wp global cart plugin staff wrote this to me:

Also, the WPML plugin alters the search queries making no founds. Apparently, it tries to link the products per a specific language, still, that is not possible when querying cross-site. Check with WPML on how to ignore such changes when doing a search query.

To help you faster, I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

This may be a compatibility issue with the *WP Global Cart* plugin. Therefore I have created a test site in our Sandbox Server for further debugging of this bug. Because reproducing the issues in a fresh/minimal installation will help us a lot in debugging and also we can troubleshoot the issue without affecting your live site.

Please try the following steps and make sure the bug is existing or is not on the sandbox site.

1) Click this URL to visit the Sandbox site backend - hidden link
2) Configure the WooCommerce like your live site
3) Configure WPML like your live site and activate WPML add-ons
4) Install and activate WP Global Cart
5) Create a couple of Products in the original language
6) Translate it
7) Add the Products to the cart

For your kind information, the *WP Global Cart* plugin is not included on the WPML official compatibility list for the Plugins - https://wpml.org/plugin/. It does not mean that this plugin is not compatible with WPML, but our compatibility team has not tested it yet.

Please request the plugin author to apply for our compatibility program. So we can avoid these issues in the future. Refer to the following URL for more details.

Hi Bigul,

Okay, this seems to be a really big job to transfer my site to that sandbox site.
I haven't done website transfers with plugins before.
Is it easier if I create a username and password for you and you could try that?

Hi Tuomo,

Thank you for the updates. You don't have to transfer the whole site to our Sandbox server. This bug needs further debugging and it is a compatibility issue also. So as part of the escalation process, we have to reproduce the issue in a fresh installation.

On the sandbox site, all other plugins are installed except *WP Global Cart*. Therefore please install it and configure WPML & WooCommerce like your live site. Then make sure the bug is existing or not.

I tried to add a new site at the MultiSite environment, but still, there is no way I can access its dashboard. See for yourself at hidden link
Also, i'am not able to see the network set-up at Settings, meaning the current user does not have full rights ?

I am sorry but that still does not appear to work, there is no way to access those subsite's dashboards. Even worst, after forced the dashboard urls manually e.g. hidden link the network started to raise a database error.

Thank you for the updates. Somehow the CW site is corrupted now. Not sure what happened, it was working fine for me in the last check a few days ago.

One request. Can you please reproduce the issue in a fresh installation and share it with us? You can share it via Google Drive or Dropbox. It will help us to escalate the issue directly to our developers.

Here is the answer that I got back:
Hi,
I would gladly do so, but we don't have a test server available. Maybe you can ask WPML support to re-create the WordPress MultiSite environment?
Or I'll create a local instance then create a back-up of it which WPML team can use to deploy on their side.

Hi Bigul,

Here is the answer from WP Global Cart:
Hi,
We created a test environment, which can be downloaded at hidden link
The mapped domain which would be used is wpml-global-search.ldev

To replicate the issue, go to hidden link and you will notice the products that match the Logo keyword, from 2 different shops. If you go to hidden link and activate the WPML, it will return no returns. That is because the WPML insert into the search MySQL query language arguments, which fails for other sites.
