I am trying to: activate Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: Normal login

Instead, I got:An error page stating that there was too many redirects.

If I deactivate the Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains the the site works normally on login

JUst want to add that if I deactivate the Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains I can't edit the site in the other language and that I corrected the Memory limit...

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Please try the following steps:

- Save that "Different language per domain" in WPML -> Languages -> Language URL format, once again.
- Make sure to resave the permalinks.
- Then log out from the main domain. Then, log in again to ensure that the session is shared across all domains.

If this doesn't resolve the problem, I'll suggest checking with only WPML plugins. So we can see if nothing else is interfering in between. If you see that it works fine in this case, then activate each plugin one by one and keep checking for the issue.

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand.

Also remember to clear caches during tests.

Please let me know how it goes.

I followed the steps and it didn't chage the problem.
Then I deactivated everyting but WPML and followed again the steps and the problem is still present.
So either it is a WPML problem or a server configuration problem.

May I ask for admin access to your website to check the issue in detail? You can create a separate admin user for this purpose, which can be deleted afterwards.

Also provide following detail to investigate/observe the issue:

- detailed steps to reproduce the issue
- links to pages in admin and on frontend
- screenshots or screen recording if needed to explain
- any other relevant information to observe/investigate the issue

Remember to take full backup of your website and database before proceeding. However, a staging/test site is highly recommended, because I may need to try some changes/fixes on the site, which may cause conflicts with the live site otherwise. Please confirm it in your next reply or let me know if you do not agree with the mentioned.

Thank you for the access, I was able to login and check a few things.

Is this OK to deactivate other plugins and change theme to a standard one? So I can see if this is happening with WPML plugins only?

Thank you for your patience on this.

I deactivated all plugins except WPML and String Translation. I also switched to 2023 theme and then activated "Auto sign-in and sign-out users from all domains" option and resaved permalinks.

I was able to observe the issue. However, strangely after a few retries I got in to the admin dashboard. But I think that's due to Chrome's helping somehow, because in Firefox I couldn't get this through.

Anyways, after discussing with my team, I need to check .htaccess file of your site. I tried to access the site via FTP but that lands in an empty folder. So I think you need to allow me to land in the site's root folder to check some configurations.

I've enabled your next reply as private, in case you want to share an updated FTP access or the contents of .htaccess.

P.S.: I've activated all the plugins, switched the theme back to original one and 've turned off the auto signin option for now.

Thank you for the package but I just got another advise:

...to turn off the combining of javascript in wp rocket first, then get package...

Can you please confirm if "combining of JavaScript resources" (a.k.a. minifying) was turned off in WP Rocket when you took the package? In this case, then I think we're good to go with the one you just supplied.

Otherwise, please create one again or let me know.
