Can't translate a widget on footer

alejandroA-19	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate the menu on the footer of my site hidden link, which consists of WIDGET #3 with some HTML tags and links. All the other widgets translate but not this particular one. I use AVADA THEME Builder. Symptoms: The specific widget in the footer does not translate, while other widgets do. Questions: What could be going wrong? I clicked all the buttons on the SUPPORT page to see if it was a cache issue or something similar but it doesn't seem to affect. I share some screenshots where you can see what's going on.
