This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to see their WPML automatic translation credits on their website after pushing the site to production.
Solution:
First, we recommend checking for any warnings or errors in the Advanced Translation Editor. You can do this by navigating to WPML>>Support>>Advanced Translation Editor>>Error Logs. For more detailed guidance, please visit this documentation.
If no issues are found there, proceed with re-registering your site with a new key. Ensure you back up your site fully before starting this process. Here are the steps:
1. Visit your account page at https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and delete the existing site key.
2. Log in to your site and navigate to Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab.
3. Click on the "Unregister" link, then refresh the page.
4. Click on the "Register WPML" link, followed by "Get a key for this site" link.
5. Copy the newly generated code and return to Plugins>>Add New>>Commercial tab to register the site with the new key.
For further details, refer to this documentation and view the process at this link.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.
