Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage translation credits for my site hidden link. We purchased credits today and assigned them to alsanit.pl, but they are not showing up in the WordPress admin panel.

Symptoms:
The WP panel shows 'Brak Kredytów na Tłumaczenie Automatyczne Tłumaczenie nie działa... jest problem, który wymaga Twojej uwagi. Napraw go, żeby kontynuować.'

Questions:
Why are the purchased credits not appearing in the WPML panel?
How can I resolve the issue of missing translation credits?

Hi there.

Can you please share a bit more information with me?

Can you please let me know the exact date the credits were purchased, how many credits were bought, and how many you tried to assign to this site?

Also, was there ever a staging/dev/test version of this site on a different domain?

Please let me know.

Hello,

200K credits were purchased "June 13, 2025" in the morning.
We assigned all (200K) to our site.

There was a staging version on different domain , but I don't think it's the issue, everything worked fine before.

Hi there.

Thank you for the update.

Those credits probably got stuck.

So, please let me explain why I think this situation with the credits might be happening.

When you initially install and set up WPML, an automatic translation account ID is created.

If you uninstall/reset WPML or reinstall/set WordPress from scratch, a new automatic translation account ID will be generated, and the credits will remain in the old account.

On this page (https://wpml.org/account), do you see the 200k credits? If you see them, can you click the "add/remove credits” button on that line and move the credits back to your WPML.org account?

Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key.

Now, you can re-add the credits to your site by following the steps here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-assign-automatic-translation-credits-to-your-sites/

Please let me know if that works fine for you.
