Hi,

I want a different menu for a new language on my site, I made my original menu with Elementor Pro & Display conditions. How can I select different conditions for the other language?

Hi there,

The display conditions should sync between languages if you translate the Elementor Temp[late using the Advanced Translation Editor.

But as you want to have different templates for each language, you will need to follow the steps below:

Hi, I have a different problem now... my header is dissapeared on my site, in both languages.
And I deactivated every plugin and start searching for the failure. My header is only working when WPML is deactivated, so I think there is a miscommunication between my WPML and my site? Is there a solution that you can give me?

Hi there,

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

I also need you to give me the details of the header and where to find it and how you translate it.

Also if your theme has an option to select the header I'd appreciate it if you tell me where to check it.

Hi there,

I followed the steps below and it fixed the issue:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support > Troubleshooting (link)".
- Click the buttons annotated in the screenshot below one by one and wait for each button process to finish:

Please go to Appearance >Customize > Header and logo > Header and make sure the correct one is selected as I was playing around to find the cause of the issue.
