Background of the issue:
I am trying to display filters in the Polish version of the website. The filters are working in the LT version: hidden link. However, they are not displayed in the PL version: hidden link.

Symptoms:
No filters are displayed in the Polish language version of the website.

Questions:
Why are the filters not displayed in the Polish version of the website?
How can I make the filters appear in the Polish version?

Hi Andrey,

Yes I followed this guide previously. I reported the same issue to WPML staff, gave credentials, they logged in, did something and it started to work. Now the fix is gone. I'm not sure what the fix was.

I've set "Translate Everything Automatically - active". Also literally everything is translated (0 results when filtering by "not translated" items).

I couldn't find any previous support tickets regarding this issue. Did you perhaps report it from another account?

Could you please check again? Here’s what I did:

1. I accessed your product archive template titled "Prekių sąrašas ir filtrai" (hidden link).

2. I switched the language using the language switcher located in the admin bar at the top.

3. Finally, I clicked the Update button.
