I have 2 subscriptions under dev@rael. org account. Both for 'pay as you go' .
I was able to set the limit on rael.org site, but with the new subscription on etembassy.org I see no option to set the limit. Could you help?

Hi there.

Sorry for the delayed response - there is a pretty full queue at the moment and it can take a while until we are able to respond.

I checked both websites and it seems that on the first one, you are able to set the limit because you are using the legacy membership which is a bit cheaper and not available anymore for the new accounts (https://wpml.org/legacy-pricing-for-automatic-translation/).

For the new site where you can't set the levels, that is because things work differently - for this new site, you are using this automatic translation type of account:
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-pricing/

The Pay as you go one.

is it possible to 'link' to the same bill? What's strange is that both are under my WPML account but only etembassy.org is showing in 'my account'. rael.org should be there too.

Hi Jasmin.

I am not sure that I understand what you actually mean but I think this request deserves a new ticket as the initial question asked in this ticket has already been answered.

What you are asking now sounds like something that might need to be handled by the Accounts team.

Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

So can you please mark this ticket as resolved and open a new one where maybe you can elaborate a bit more on this request?

That will definitely help us better understand the new request.
