I am facing issue with the menus , they are disappearing and showing me that menu has been update , i am using multisite concept here ,

Hello there,

I have moved the chat to forum support and will debug the issue further here.

I tested multiple things and couldn't find out the real cause of the issue, so to debug this issue further, I would like to replicate your site on my localhost and test further.

Being so, can you please provide me with your site backup files including the database? You can get this from your hosting provider and share it with us using google drive.

Also, please ask your hosting provider if there are any server errors happening to make sure it's not affecting it.

I replicated your site on my localhost and deactivated the "Multisite Post Duplicator" plugin and it's working properly.

Can you try the same on your live site and provide us the feedback.

I still have the issue with the same, i Have uninstalled plugin and found that the issue is still , there .

Hello Shekhar,

We have tried uninstalling the Multisite Post Duplicator Plugin and then removed the cache from the WPML and the Ghost entries from the table.

Now, the menus issue seems to be fixed but a new issue arises i.e. Widgets are not working properly for both languages.

Please advise,
