This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the language switcher was not visible on the mobile menu; it was there but appeared white and thus was not visible to users.

Solution:
We identified that the issue occurred when the "Use Separate Header Mobile" option was enabled in the Theme Options > Header. The theme used, which is not listed in our compatible themes directory, has a feature that displays the canvas menu (mobile menu) and removes the image (language flag) of the language switcher. We recommended adding the language switcher to the side menu, which displayed it correctly on both desktop and mobile views. We also suggested that the client contact the theme author to join our Go Global program so that our Compatibility developers could assist in making the theme compatible with WPML.

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend trying the above solution. However, please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you need further assistance, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hi,

I see the issue. It happens when you enable the option "Use Separate Header Mobile" in the admin area > Theme Options > Header. The theme has its own feature to display the canvas menu (mobile menu) and it removes the image (language flag) of the language switcher.
If I add the language switcher to the side menu, it displays properly in both desktop and mobile views.

"Oworganic" theme is not available in our list of compatible themes https://wpml.org/theme/
so I suggest you contact the theme author and ask them to join our Go Global program where our Compatibility developers will help them to make their product compatible with WPML.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
