hello mateus, i'm thinking wpml is really slowing my site down. My host has also confirmed this

could u tell if there's anything i could do about this or have a look ?

I'll be guiding you through the resolution of this issue.

It's apparent that multilingual plugins demand more resources compared to other plugins, as they need to connect various resources and display them accordingly.

To effectively troubleshoot this issue, I recommend conducting a comparison between the results with and without WPML. Could you kindly disable WPML temporarily and compare the results? Please share the findings with us.

Additionally, have you considered deactivating all non-WPML plugins, switching to one of the default themes, and checking if the issue still persists or not?

A reminder to create a backup of your site, both its files and the database, before making any updates or changes. This precautionary measure is always advisable.
