We are trying to translate our menu. The elements in our menu are custom link and a dropdown menu is attached to the link in the first screen shot, but the English translation does not allow adding a dropdown menu, we request urgent support.

I understood the issue you're having. It seems the other options for the Menu items are added by the Woodmart theme. However, while checking, I found that those options appear only after saving the menu. Please check this video for a better understanding: hidden link

As far as I understood from the screenshot and your message, the source language of one string is changed to English. If you want to change the source language of that string to Turkish and add the English translation, please follow the steps mentioned in the documentation below.
