Hi!

I have 20 articles on the same topic to be translated.

I don't want to publish them all at once. So when the first article will be published, there will be some 404 internal links pointing to unpublished articles like:
hidden link

How can I avoid having broken links 404 on the blog post?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

There is no built-in feature available in WordPress or WPML that can be used to avoid broken links for the scheduled/draft posts.

One strategy can be to publish the articles at once, but keep their content hidden until the scheduled time. This way article links will be accessible but the visitor will see a message that this article's content will become available after a certain time.

You can use a third-party plugin or custom code for this scheduled display of the content.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Matej,

Thanks for writing back.

I'm afraid, I'm not personally aware about such a plugin. But here are some articles which review some of the popular plugins for the scheduled post:
